Draughtsmanship guarantee and limitations of Fueltech International cc
Drawings will be produced according customer instructions. This can be verbal, written or as per sample.
Drawings made by us are intended for the customer mentioned on the drawing only.
Designs and suggestions made by us must be approved by customer prior to fabrication.
The customer remains responsible for the application of the design.
Final drawings must be approved by customer before fabrication.
Any drawing mistakes made by us will be corrected free of charge in the shortest possible time.
Our liability covers the cost of the drawings only. Should any dispute arise we will correct the drawings concerned or refund you with the money paid for the drawing in question.
We keep the right to accept or reject any orders. This may be due to incorrect information, lack of information, our schedule is full, limited time available, etc.
If information, needed to proceed with the drawing work, is not given in a reasonable time the work being discontinued. In this case we will refund the customer the deposit less the costs incurred by us.
CONDITIONS
The above assumes drawing work will be presented in electronic format. For drawing sizes A3 or larger, where hard copy plots are required plotting costs will be charged at an agreed fixed price. In addition to the fixed price FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC will charge our hourly rate for all work associated with the preparation of plots
All Drawings and Bending Schedules prepared by FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC will be independently checked in-house prior to issue to our client. FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC will not accept responsibility or be liable for costs or consequential loss by any party, due to errors or omissions on the drawings. All Structural and other designs provided by FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC will be checked by our clients and all liabilities rest with our client and will be covered under our clients Professional Indemnity Insurance. All FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC clients shall be responsible for a final check of our work prior to issue of that work to any other party. Any errors identified in the information provided by FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC will be corrected by FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC at no additional cost.
For long term contracts interim invoices will be issued at the end of each month for hours worked or work completed during that month. Invoices will always be submitted on completion of work regardless of the time of the month.
All invoices must be paid according the agreed terms stated on the invoice. Any adjustment to this period must be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work. Any disputed invoice must be reported to FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC within 5 days of date of invoice. In the case of multiple invoicing all invoices not in dispute must be paid within our payment terms.
FUELTECH INTERNATIONAL CC reserve the right to suspend work on a contract if the quality of information is not sufficient to complete the work for the agreed fixed price. Time spent on the contract up to cessation of work will be chargeable at our current hourly rate, and a new rate agreed prior to re-commencement.
Any deviation, as late payment, change of instructions, etc. may result in placing work on hold and other customers work will be prioritized..
By submitting a work order, these terms and conditions are accepted by the client.
