DESIGNS
With new designs we closely communicate with the customer throughout the whole
design and drafting process. Initially we discuss the requirements and goal of the
customer. A proposal, or several proposals will be offered which will be discussed with the customer. A more detailed model will be drafted and offered for review. After final approval the model will be finalized and drafts will be presented for approval. (see drafting procedure below)

For designs, depending of the requirements of the customer, we follow the following principles

:

DRAFTING PROCEDURE
The customer should send us information as regards the work they want done so that we can submit a quote with a time schedule, price and payment options .

Information can be sent to us via E-mail, Skype or Courier.
If possible we can visit you at your office to discuss the project.

Depending on the work, we will draw-up 3D models. This helps to visualise the concept.
If the concept is agreed upon, we will make CAD drafts of the models and return this for further input.
If satisfied, we will draw-up a complete set of drawings, marked “preliminary”.
With approval of the preliminary drafts the final drawings will be produced.
During the work we will keep close contact with you as customer. If needed, and possible, site visits will be arranged.

Shipping and Media
To speed the process up we will send you the drawings in PDF- and DXF format by E-mail. If physical prints are required we can courier those to you for a small additional fee.

In case of instructions in the form of paper drawings rather than scanned images, we recommend you send good-quality copies. These copies will be discarded on completion of the project. Hence you keep the originals in your possession and avoid postage costs when returned.

If any documents are posted to us, provide us with the tracking number so we can track the parcels.
